I have always thought...

white birds
I have always thought that stars turn into white birds in the morning light
& sleep with their heads under their wings
until the dusk begins to walk through the streets.

Great photo of the Kookaburra. I have had a family of them laughing very early in the morning close by. I am told it is a territorial warning to other birds so I am hoping they might move closer for me to see more of them.

Do I want one of these on my veranda? Yes!!! How adorable, and definitely one I would not see without your help in capturing such a great image.
